Month-one margin
What would Sona save your portfolio in month one?
This calculator will estimate the labor costs you'd save in your first month, the hours your managers get back each month, and how fast you could be live across every site.

Your demand forecast
How we calculate this
- Labor spend = sales per location × your labor cost percentage. Until you enter your own figures, we use typical ones for your type of operation.
- Month-one savings = monthly labor spend across your locations × your estimated reduction.
- Your reduction sits between 1% (already best in class on every lever) and 4% (the most manual starting point). It's built from four levers: forecast accuracy, scheduling method, tooling, and labor-rule compliance, and adjusted for how variable demand is in your type of operation.
- Your range runs from the full reduction your answers point to, down to half of it, in case only half lands in your first month while managers are still learning.
- Manager hours compare typical monthly schedule-building time for your current method with time on Sona.
- Rollout pace is benchmarked on Popeyes (80 locations in four months) and adjusted for operation type. No portfolio takes longer than six months to go live.
- Figures are rounded. These are illustrative estimates, not a contractual guarantee. Actual results vary by scheduling maturity, menu and labor complexity, rollout/deployment scope, and operational execution.
