Digital excellence in care for working age adults is a sector-led framework setting out what good digital care should look like and how the sector can move beyond simply replacing paper records with digital systems.
Developed by the Digital Excellence in Care group with Care England, Digital Care Hub, VODG, care providers, digital supply partners and wider stakeholders, the report puts people and outcomes at the centre of digital transformation. It argues that genuine digital excellence depends on data, technology and interoperability working together, enabling information to move safely and meaningfully between systems while reducing duplication and administrative burden.
