I was delighted to be asked to highlight some of the key flexible working trends and preferences amongst today’s care workforce at The Care Show 2022 in Birmingham.

'The Great Re-prioritisation' is underway. Workers across the economy are re-evaluating what's important to them and are seeking a better work-life balance. Care is no different - 90% of staff want more freedom to choose their working patterns.

My keynote at The Care Show on 12 October 2022 focused on how care providers can innovate to increase their 'flex appeal' and win and retain more talent.
