All permanent employees are granted share options. You'll receive detailed info in your offer letter and a Capdesk account to track your options.
We'll enroll you in a salary sacrifice pension and match any contributions you make up to 5% of your base salary.

Start with 25 days plus 10 flexible public holidays, and get 1 extra day for every year you stay with Sona.
Quarterly £200 budget for courses, conferences, books, and learning new skills — technical or otherwise.
Annual £300 budget to deck out your setup, plus a new Macbook when you start with the appropriate spec for your role.
Primary parent and carer leave: 26 weeks full pay. Paternity and secondary parent leave: 8 weeks full pay.
For those outside London, we cover the cost of a nearby co-working space. In London, unlimited access to our office near Oxford Circus.
